Dear Jon Huntsman, please become a Democrat. Love, all Democrats. (via bluestatebarbecue) Before any of us on the left gets too high on Huntsman. He may have said some pretty not bat shit things (like believing Global Warming and Evolution), but he is still a Republican. Lets take a look at his views on Gay Rights:
Not exactly enlightened. He doesn’t believe gay people should have equal pay (in the military) or protection against discrimination (public and private sector). He is only a maybe on Open Service, an we can see how far Obama’s “maybe” on Marriage Equality has gotten us. (Note: I included Ron Paul, because… well I wanted to expose him as a hypocrite and for comparison purposes.) Here’s a few more things that I think should wake Liberals, Progressives and others on the Left up on Huntsman:
